Find, reply to, close, or reopen a support ticket

Open an existing ticket to read a response, add more information, or update its status. Reopen the same ticket if the issue returns.

Before you start

  • MintLGS account dashboard → Support
  • Sign in with an active owner or staff account. Your permissions determine which summaries and pages you can see.

What success looks like

  • Your reply appears in the existing conversation, and the ticket list shows whether the request is open or closed.

Quick start

  4. 4Click Reply and check that your message appears in the conversation.
  5. 5When the issue is resolved, click Close Ticket. If it needs more attention later, open the ticket and click Reopen.
  6. 6Return to the ticket list to check the updated status.

I cannot find my ticket

Check the list filters and make sure you are signed in to the account that created the ticket. If you followed a saved link, check that it points to the correct ticket.

An attachment has not finished uploading

Wait for the upload to complete before clicking Reply. If it fails, remove the failed attachment and try uploading it again.
