Move a shipped order back to Ready to Ship
Correct an order marked shipped by returning it to the Ready to Ship queue.
Before you start
- Orders → Completed
- Your account needs permission to update transactions.
What success looks like
- The order appears in Ready to Ship again, where you can review it before marking it shipped.

The shortest path through this area.
- 1Find the shipped order in Completed.
- 2Choose Unship, labeled Move order back to ready to ship.
- 3Wait for the operation and check the order in Ready to Ship.
- 4Open the order to review its tracking and fulfillment information before shipping it again.

Important details
- Unship changes the order’s status in MintLGS. It does not recall a parcel or cancel a shipping label.

Unship is not shown
Unship is available only for orders whose shipping, refund, and marketplace statuses allow it. Open the order to check its status and available actions.
