How do I deactivate or reactivate a supplier?
Open Purchasing → Suppliers and select All suppliers. Find the supplier and click Manage supplier. Turn Active supplier off to deactivate it, or on to reactivate it. Click Save changes, then check the status in the list. Deactivation keeps the supplier’s historical records.
The save could not be confirmed
Read the warning in the supplier editor. Your entered values stay in the form. If the outcome is uncertain, check All suppliers before submitting again so you do not create a duplicate.
A supplier disappeared from the list
Select All suppliers and clear Search suppliers. Find and open the supplier, then check Active supplier. If it is off and you want to use the supplier again, turn it on and click Save changes. If the record is still missing, contact support before creating a duplicate.
The supplier cannot be selected for a new order
Check that it is saved and active.
