Find and correct missing inventory details

Check inventory for missing details and correct supported fields from the audit results.

Before you start

  • Inventory Tools → Audit
  • The tabs available depend on your import, inventory, product, and inventory-activity permissions. Correcting an audit finding also requires permission to edit the affected item or its pricing.

What success looks like

  • Saved corrections update the affected items and their audit findings.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Under Data Completeness Checks, select the TCG singles and Product checks to run. Check all and Uncheck all apply to their own group.
  2. 2Click Run Audit. Checks can find missing selling prices, images, barcodes, descriptions, SKUs, and cards awaiting price review.
  3. 3Filter by Warehouse or use Find an item. Expand a check and its result group to see the affected items.
  4. 4Open a row’s correction action and enter the missing value or image. For a price-review correction, check whether Keep this price instead of using automatic pricing should be selected.
  5. 5Click Save changes and wait for confirmation. Check that the finding updates. Click Cancel to discard the correction.
  6. 6Click Download Full CSV when complete results are available. Use Previous and Next for larger result groups.

Important details
  • The audit covers details you can edit in MintLGS. A finding marked Investigation needed cannot be corrected here; send its details to support.
  • Correcting a missing price for a single saves a manual price. Check its pricing lock if you want automatic repricing later.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

One audit area failed

Read the failure message and rerun with fewer checks or one warehouse. Partial results do not establish that the failed area has no findings.

The correction button is missing

The row explains the product, inventory, or pricing permission needed.

Download Full CSV is disabled

A run must have findings and complete successfully. It is unavailable while loading or when an area failed.
