Show one, all, or scrolling storefront banners
Show one banner at a time, combine active banners in a static bar, or display them in a scrolling bar. These settings apply to the storefront’s promotional banner area.
Before you start
- Presale & Discounts → Promotional Banners → Banner presentation
- You need product view or discount view permission to read banners. You need product update or discount update permission to save presentation settings.
What success looks like
- The storefront displays active banners using the presentation settings you saved.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Presale & Discounts → Promotional Banners → Banner presentation. Under Display, choose One banner by priority, All active banners — static, or All active banners — scrolling.
- 2For a stationary display, choose Left, Center or Right for Content alignment. For scrolling, alignment is unavailable; choose Slow, Standard or Fast for Ticker speed.
- 3Click Save presentation, then check the storefront on a desktop and a phone-sized screen.
- 4Review each active banner’s Priority and Customer can dismiss setting if the result is unexpected. These settings change the banner area; they do not enable a banner or its linked offer.

Important details
- When showing one banner, MintLGS selects the highest-priority active banner. When showing all active banners, higher-priority banners come first.
- The combined bar can be dismissed only if every active banner allows dismissal. Dismissed banners return when the page is refreshed.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
Only one banner is visible
Check whether One banner by priority is selected. If you chose a combined display, confirm that the other banners are active.
The combined banner bar has no close action
Enable Customer can dismiss on every active banner if the entire bar should be dismissible.
I cannot save the presentation
Check your update permission. If the current settings failed to load, click Retry presentation settings before changing them. After an interrupted save, reload and check the saved Display, alignment and speed before trying again.
