Point of Sale

Buy cards or complete a mixed sale and trade-in

Enter cards a customer is trading in, choose a cash or store-credit payout, and combine the trade-in with a sale if needed.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Point of Sale → MintLGS POS
  • Your account needs permission to take POS payments. Discounts, transaction history, refunds, station settings, and cash-drawer actions may require additional permissions.

What success looks like

  • The transaction records the cards received, any items sold, and the final payment or payout.

  2. 2Select its printing and condition, enter the quantity, and review the cash and credit offers before adding it.
  3. 3Open a buy row to adjust Condition, Cash, Credit, or Quantity if your permissions allow it. Click Done to keep the changes or Remove to delete the row.
  4. 4Select a customer if you will issue store credit.
  5. 5For a combined sale and trade-in, switch to SELL and add the items the customer is purchasing. Check the sale total, trade-in total, and remaining balance.

  7. 7Click Complete Transaction. Check the completed payout or payment, the received inventory, and the customer’s credit balance if credit was used.
