Inventory Tools

Build a PDF of single barcode or QR labels

Choose the singles and number of labels, then download a PDF sized for your printer and paper.

Before you start

  • Inventory Tools → Barcode Sheets → Singles
  • The tabs available depend on your import, inventory, product, and inventory-activity permissions. Correcting an audit finding also requires permission to edit the affected item or its pricing.

What success looks like

  • The PDF includes the selected stock entries and copy counts in your chosen label layout.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Use Find singles and the Warehouse and Condition filters to locate stock.
  2. 2Add individual entries or click Add this page. Browse other pages to add more.
  3. 3In Selected singles, set Copies per entry. One per copy in stock uses the current stock quantities. Use Remove or Clear to change the selection.
  4. 4Choose Barcode (Code 128) or QR code under Code format.
  5. 5Select Label roll, Letter sheet, or A4 sheet. Enter Label width, Label height, and Printer resolution. For sheets, also set margins and horizontal and vertical gaps.
  6. 6Choose whether to Print current sell price, then click Download labels PDF.
  7. 7Open the PDF and print using the matching paper size and scaling.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

The labels do not align

Check inches, margins, gaps, printer paper size, and scaling. The PDF layout and the printer settings must agree.

The quantity is wrong

Review Copies. One per copy in stock uses the selected entries’ stock quantities, not one label per distinct card.
