Warehouses

Create or edit an inventory location

Add a location or update its name, type, contact details, and default setting.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Inventory → Warehouses
  • Your account needs permission to view warehouses. Creating, editing, and deleting locations require the corresponding warehouse permissions.

What success looks like

  • The location tile shows the saved name. Reopening it shows the updated details and channel settings.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

My location is not in POS

Check that the location was saved, your account can access it, and POS sales are enabled for it.

The form closed without saving

Discard Changes intentionally abandons edits. Reopen the location and check its saved details.
