Dashboard
View sales, recent transactions, and stock alerts
The dashboard summarizes recent sales, transactions, and low stock. Use the date selector to change the sales chart, then open Orders, Buylist, Products, or Reports when you need the underlying records.
Before you start

- Sign in with an active owner or staff account. Your permissions determine which summaries and pages you can see.
What success looks like
- The chart shows the selected period. The transaction and stock summaries provide a quick reference; use their owning pages to inspect or change the records.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Dashboard.
- 2In Sales Overview, select This Week, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year.
- 3Read the chart for the selected period. The Today Revenue, Today Transactions, and Week Revenue figures above it retain their own time periods. On a small screen, scroll sideways within the chart to see the remaining dates.
- 4Read Recent Transactions for the source, date, total, and any available item names. To investigate a transaction, open Orders or Buylist from the navigation; the summary rows do not open a detail view.
- 5Review Low Stock Items for each product’s location and remaining quantity. If View all is available, open it and use the page controls to see more items. Open Products to change the stock.
- 6Open Reports for additional filters and downloads.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
A summary panel is missing
Your role may not have access to that information. Ask the owner to check your reporting, transaction, inventory, or pricing permissions.
I need more detail than the summary shows
Open Orders, Buylist, or Products from the navigation to review individual records, or use Reports to filter and export the information.
