Events
Manage event types, formats, locations, and prize structures
Save the event types, game formats, locations, and prize structures that appear in event forms. Reusable options reduce the details you need to enter for each event.
Before you start
- Content → Events → Event Settings → Fields
- You need Events: Edit/manage permission.
What success looks like
- Event forms offer the reusable options you saved.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Events → Event Settings → Fields.
- 2Choose the section you want to change: Event Types, Formats, Locations, or Prize Structures. Each section is independent; you do not need to fill out all four.
- 3Enter the details for that section and click its Add button. Wait for the new option to appear in the list.
- 4For an event type, enter a name, choose whether TCG Required is on, and select the game where shown.
- 5For a format, enter its name and choose the game.
- 6For a location, enter the location name.
- 7For a prize structure, enter a name, choose Cash, Store Credit, Packs, or Other, and fill in the prize details.
- 8To remove an option, click Delete beside it and confirm. Choose Cancel to keep it.
- 9Open the event editor and check that the options you need are available.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
An option is missing from an event form
Check whether that option is limited to a game different from the event’s selected TCG.
An option did not appear after adding it
Keep your entered details. Read the message, click Refresh saved options, and check the list before trying again.
The fields are unavailable
Wait for the saved options to load. If loading fails, click Retry loading options.
