What success looks like

  • Your storefront uses the logo, colors, background, width, and font you saved.

  1. 1Open Branding & Design. To change a Logo or Favicon, use Upload File → Choose File, or Enter URL under Logo & Identity. Wait for the preview to appear.
  2. 2Change only the appearance settings you need: Brand Colors, Page Background, Page Width, or Font Family under Typography. Use the previews to check your choices.
  3. 3Click Save Changes. Reload the storefront to check the saved appearance.
  4. 4To remove a logo or favicon, click Remove or Clear beside that image, then click Save Changes.
  5. 5For colors, choose a preset or enter the Primary, Secondary and Accent colors. Page Background has its own preset and Custom Color controls.

Fields and options
  • Logo: The main image used to identify your storefront. The favicon is a separate image used in the browser tab.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

An image does not load

Check whether the upload finished. If you entered an image URL, make sure it can be opened without signing in.

The browser tab still has the old icon

Check that you saved the new favicon, then open the storefront in a fresh tab. Browsers may keep an older favicon in their cache.
