Add or edit a Team Card section

Add a photo beside a title and description, such as a staff introduction.

Before you start

  • Content → Pages → page editor → Team Card
  • You need Pages: View permission to open this section. Creating, editing, or deleting a page requires the corresponding Create, Edit, or Remove permission.

What success looks like

  • The section is saved with the page. Customers see it when the page is published.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1In Content → Pages, open the page. Drag Team Card from Add sections onto the canvas, or click Edit on an existing Team Card section.
  2. 2Enter Title and Description. Choose a photo and enter its Photo description. Set Photo side, Photo width and Photo fit.
  3. 3Check the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile previews. Click Apply to page, then Save in the page editor. To show the page to customers, select Published and save it.
  4. 4Use Preview to check the page. Photo side places the photo beside the text when there is enough room; narrow layouts place it above the text.
  5. 5To leave the section without applying your changes, click Cancel and, if prompted, Discard changes.

Fields and options
  • Photo side: Places the photo on the left or right when the layout has room to show it beside the text.
  • Photo fit: Fill area may crop the photo. Show full photo keeps the entire image visible.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

My section changes were not saved

Click Apply to page after editing the section, then click Save in the page editor. Both steps are needed to keep the change after you leave.

I want to leave without keeping my edits

Click Cancel in the section editor. If prompted, choose Discard changes to abandon the edits or Keep editing to return to them.
