Add or edit Spacer and Divider sections

Add empty space between page sections, or insert a divider line to separate them.

Before you start

  • Content → Pages → page editor → Spacer and Divider
  • You need Pages: View permission to open this section. Creating, editing, or deleting a page requires the corresponding Create, Edit, or Remove permission.

What success looks like

  • The section is saved with the page. Customers see it when the page is published.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Open the page editor. Find the section in Add sections and drag it onto the page canvas. To change a section already on the page, click its Edit button.
  2. 2In a Spacer section, choose the amount of Vertical space.
  3. 3In a Divider section, choose the Line style.
  4. 4Move the spacer or divider between the sections you want to separate, then check each preview size.
  5. 5Use Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile in the section editor to check your changes. Click Apply to page to keep your edits. To leave without applying them, click Cancel and, if prompted, Discard changes.
  6. 6Click Save in the page editor. Use Preview to check the page before publishing. When it is ready for customers, select Published and save it.

Fields and options
  • Spacer: Small adds 32 px of space, medium adds 64 px, and large adds 96 px.
  • Divider: Choose a solid, dashed, or dotted line.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

My section changes were not saved

Click Apply to page after editing the section, then click Save in the page editor. Both steps are needed to keep the change after you leave.

I want to leave without keeping my edits

Click Cancel in the section editor. If prompted, choose Discard changes to abandon the edits or Keep editing to return to them.
