Add or edit a Store Map section

Add a map for a saved store location or another address. You can include a link that opens the location in Google Maps.

Before you start

  • Content → Pages → page editor → Store Map
  • You need Pages: View permission to open this section. Creating, editing, or deleting a page requires the corresponding Create, Edit, or Remove permission.

What success looks like

  • The section is saved with the page. Customers see it when the page is published.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1In Content → Pages, open the page. Drag Store Map from Add sections onto the canvas, or click Edit on an existing Store Map section.
  2. 2Enter Section heading. Select a saved Location, or type the complete address in Find another address. Check that it is the address you want customers to see.
  3. 3Choose Map height and whether to show Open in Google Maps. Click Apply to page, then Save in the page editor. To show the page to customers, select Published and save it.
  4. 4You can also search for an address or business name and choose a suggestion. If suggestions are unavailable, enter the full address manually.
  5. 5Check the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile previews and use Preview to check the page. The live storefront displays the interactive map.
  6. 6To leave the section without applying your changes, click Cancel and, if prompted, Discard changes.

Fields and options
  • Location: You can use a saved store location, select a search suggestion, or enter an address manually. If suggestions are unavailable, you can still save the address you entered.
  • Height: Choose a small, medium, or large map.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

My section changes were not saved

Click Apply to page after editing the section, then click Save in the page editor. Both steps are needed to keep the change after you leave.

I want to leave without keeping my edits

Click Cancel in the section editor. If prompted, choose Discard changes to abandon the edits or Keep editing to return to them.
