Add or edit a Featured Inventory section

Choose products or TCG singles to feature on a storefront page. You can change the selection, arrange the items, or adjust their appearance.

Before you start

  • Content → Pages → page editor → Featured Inventory
  • You need Pages: View permission to open this section. Creating, editing, or deleting a page requires the corresponding Create, Edit, or Remove permission.
  • You need Inventory: View permission to search for and view selected inventory details.

What success looks like

  • The page keeps the selections and appearance you saved. Published pages display the selected items that are available on the storefront.

Quick start

Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.

Choose featured inventory

  1. 1In Content → Pages, open the page. Drag Featured Inventory from Add sections onto the canvas, or click Edit on an existing Featured Inventory section.
  2. 2Click Choose inventory, then an empty Add item position.
  3. 3Select TCG Singles or Products. Search by name, set, or SKU and use the filters if needed. Click Select beside an item. Repeat for more positions, then click Save Selection.
  4. 4Click Apply to page, then Save in the page editor. Use Preview to check the page. To show it to customers, select Published and save it.

Arrange or remove featured items

  1. 1In Content → Pages, open the page and click Edit on its Featured Inventory section. Find Selected inventory.
  2. 2Use Earlier or Later to move an item. Use Remove to remove that position from the section. This does not delete the item or change its stock.
  3. 3Click Apply to page, then Save in the page editor. Use Preview to check the page. To show it to customers, select Published and save it.

Change featured inventory appearance

  1. 1In Content → Pages, open the page, click Edit on its Featured Inventory section, then open Appearance.
  2. 2Choose Columns, Number of items shown, Space between items, and Show prices. Reducing the number of positions removes selections from the end of the list.
  3. 3Check the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile previews. Click Apply to page, then Save in the page editor. Use Preview to check the page. To show it to customers, select Published and save it.

How this area works

Reference information for the choices on this page.

Fields and options
  • Inventory selection: The section links to the selected card or product. It does not lock shoppers to a particular stock entry, condition, or product option.
  • Stock and visibility: Featuring an item does not add stock or enable a sales channel. Items with no available stock remain selected but do not appear in the storefront section.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

My section changes were not saved

Click Apply to page after editing the section, then click Save in the page editor. Both steps are needed to keep changes after you leave.

I want to leave without keeping my edits

Click Cancel in the section editor. If prompted, choose Discard changes to abandon the edits or Keep editing to return to them.

Inventory details or search could not be loaded

Click Try again in the inventory editor or search window. A failed read does not remove your selections. If it keeps failing, leave your choices in place and contact support.

A selected item is no longer in inventory

That position is still saved, but its inventory item could not be found. Use Remove to take out the position, or Choose inventory to replace it. This does not remove other items or change stock.

A selected item is missing from the storefront

Check its available stock and Online Sales settings, including its warehouse. Featuring an item does not override stock or sales channels.
