Service Providers and Connected Services
Core providers help MintLGS run the platform. Connected services receive store data only when a store enables the related account or workflow.

1.Core MintLGS providers
These providers support the MintLGS platform generally. The exact data sent depends on the feature and incident:
- Hetzner: production application, database, worker, and supporting infrastructure hosting. Privacy information.
- Cloudflare: DNS, traffic security, custom-domain services, Turnstile account-creation protection, and private R2 object storage for uploads, exports, and backups. Privacy policy.
- Postmark (ActiveCampaign): transactional email delivery, including recipients, subjects, message bodies, delivery metadata, and attachments when a workflow requires them. Privacy policy.
- Sentry: error monitoring and diagnostics. Error context can contain account, store, request, device, or provider identifiers needed to investigate a failure. Privacy policy.
- Stripe: MintLGS subscription billing and, when selected, merchant onboarding and store payment processing. Privacy policy.
2.Store-selected connected services
A provider in this section receives information only when a store chooses and configures the related connection. The provider can act independently under its own agreement with the store.
- Square: merchant onboarding, online or POS payments, terminals, orders, receipts, and refunds. Privacy notice.
- Clover (Fiserv): merchant onboarding, hosted payment fields, POS payments, devices, orders, receipts, and refunds. Privacy policy.
- PayPal: merchant onboarding and online payment workflows where available. Privacy statement.
- eBay: seller onboarding, listings, inventory, orders, buyers, shipping, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, refunds, fees, payouts, notifications, and marketplace account-deletion compliance. Privacy notice.
- CardTrader: connected inventory, marketplace listings, orders, buyers, shipping, refunds, and webhook or synchronization activity. Privacy information.
- Mana Pool: connected inventory, listings, orders, buyers, shipping, and webhook or synchronization activity. Privacy information.
3.Catalog and data sources
MintLGS uses selected catalog, identifier, pricing, and image sources such as Mana Pool, JustTCG, Scryfall, MTGJSON, YGOPRODeck, and TCGplayer. These services generally exchange catalog or server request data rather than Store Customer accounts. A store's marketplace connection is covered separately above. Availability and source mix change as MintLGS validates coverage and provider rights.
4.Changes and questions
Providers can change when a service is replaced, a feature is added, or a store chooses a new connection. MintLGS will keep this page current and provide reasonable notice when a new core provider materially changes Customer Personal Data processing.
